Lords Group - Adelong, Sutherland - In the construction industry, topping out is a builders' rite traditionally held when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed atop a structure during its construction, in this case the roof slab of Adelong, Sutherland. Although this milestone was achieved 2 weeks ago, yesterday our client Quantum Group held a celebration with their development partners as well as a significant number of the new apartment owners and their families. Putting aside the business side of what we do, it's moments like this that really put into perspective the end goal. We are designing, engineering and building someones home. It was great to speak to the new owners, see their excited anticipation first hand, and hear that they are following our project updates weekly on social media. We look forward to meeting you all again at the finish line.
