We are pleased to announce that Lords Group has been formally appointed by repeat client Moshav Financial as the preferred delivery partner for the design and construction of 17 luxury apartments plus commercial retail and full restoration of an existing sandstone heritage building.
Designed by esteemed architects Koichi Takada Architects, the project is located on Hall St, Bondi Beach within sand and high-level water table ground conditions. Noting our delivery team’s experience within the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and capabilities in de-risking challenging ground conditions, our team partnered early with the client and our design partners. Conducting comprehensive ground and water monitoring testing and investigating multiple shoring design options have enabled the team to solidify the safest yet most efficient shoring option feasible noting basement width constraints applicable to the project.
With construction documentation underway and CC1 objectives being finalised by the team, we look forward to partnering with Moshav Financial and Koichi Takada and his team in bring this project to life over the coming weeks.
