We are pleased to announce that Lords Group has been appointed by Fortis as the preferred delivery partner for the design and construction of the next Eastern Suburbs icon ‘ATLAS’, Rose Bay.
This will be the 8th project delivered for Fortis via the negotiated Early Contractor Involvement model and is a testament to the ongoing partnership strength, trust and aligned values.
Collaborating very early in the planning phases, Lords Group have led the pre-construction process in partnership with Fortis and Neoscape, and have collaborated with MHNDU, Alexander & Co, TTW, IGS, Concise Certification, and Dangar Barin Smith, to achieve the clients pre-construction objectives and design intent.
The project scope includes the construction of 12 highly bespoke apartments over a 1 level basement, façade constructed with Krause hand made bricks and bespoke render, interiors featuring Florentine Walnut veneers, bronze metal finishes, oak timber flooring, range of natural stone benchtops, feature fire place walls, Sub Zero, Miele and Wolf appliances surrounded by private gardens and 2 rear plunge pools.
We look forward to bringing the Fortis vision to fruition and delivering another Eastern Suburbs icon.
Construction work has commenced and project completion is expected early 2nd Quarter 2024.
