We are proud to announce that Practical Completion was achieved on our Verdana Miranda project in September 2020, bringing to an end the first project completion in Australia for our valued client BRDB Developments.
Featuring 65 apartments, split over 2 building cores, 3 levels of basement, 8 levels of structure spanning 13,670sqm in total, this project was impeccably delivered by the Lords Group project delivery team in conjunction with project partners QPC & C, Nettletontribe, Xavier Knight, and Certified Building Specialists. Despite the COVID19 pressures placed on the industry and the project itself, the Lords Group team, delivery system and operations in its entirety have proven strong and resilient once again.
