In a sign of the continued strength of the Fortis and Lords Group partnership, we are proud to announce our appointment as head contractor to deliver No.1 Carlisle, Rose Bay, with head contracts now executed and earthworks expected to commence in the coming weeks. The project scope consists of a 1.5 level basement sheet piled into sand, 8 luxurious apartments over 4 levels, bespoke joinery with natural stone benches, fireplace features with natural stone mantles, oak timber flooring, marble cladding facades and feature window fenestrations.
The team are looking forward to partnering again with Fortis, Neoscape, MHN Design Union, Lawless & Meyerson, Wyer & Co., Xavier Knight, DSC Consulting Engineers and Concise Certification to develop, coordinate and finalise the detailed design over the coming months.
The Ground Breaking Ceremony also recently took place with key stake holders for the project symbolising the turning of the first sod. Earthworks is expected to commence in the coming weeks and we look forward to bringing our followers updates as the project progresses.
