Lords Group are proud to have been once again appointed by our repeat client Moshav Financial as the preferred delivery partner to deliver the 4000m2 NLA commercial new build ‘Verdical’ in Bondi Junction.
Crafted by Luigi Roselli Architects, the project scope includes the demolition of existing buildings, shoring & 6000m3 of bulk excavation to a 2-level basement, 8000m2 of commercial new build structure with luscious vertical gardens and communal spaces, and state of the art end of journey facilities.
Lords Group in an Early Contractor Involvement capacity has been working with Moshav Financial since project inception to provide construction and buildability advice, cost planning and design advice. Construction work has now commenced, with completion anticipated 4th Quarter 2024.
