It is with great pride that we confirm the Lords Group delivery team has achieved Occupation Certificate and Practical Completion on Thursday 25th March 2021 for our Marmont, Double Bay project, for valued client Fortis.
This project had its unique challenges, whether it be the access constraints, steep natural ground profile, earthworks complexities and multiple authority connections into New South Head Rd among the few; but together as a team, with our partners Fortis, Neoscape Pty Ltd, MHN Design Union, Taylor Thomson Whitting (TTW), Lawless & Meyerson, Wyer & Co., including further design consultants and contractors, we have de-risked a complex project and delivered a highly bespoke and iconic project to the Eastern Suburbs skyline.
