We are pleased to announce our appointment by Clutch Capital as preferred delivery partner for the construction of their next boutique luxury project ‘Mira’ Bellevue Hill.
After an exclusive negotiation period, Lords Group led the Early Contractor Involvement process on behalf of Clutch Capital, and collaborated with PBD Architects, Lawless and Meyerson and Xavier Knight to achieve the clients pre-construction objectives, leading to the contract conversion.
The project scope includes shoring and bulk earthworks in sand ground conditions, meticulously designed interiors with natural timber veneers and stone benchtops, oak timber flooring, private wine cellars, fluted concrete pre-cast panels to the facade, a communal ground floor pool, a penthouse rooftop plunge pool, an expansive open lobby with spiral stair and an amalgamated penthouse apartment crowning the top floor.
