'No.1 Church Lane' will deliver a 14-storey mixed-use development with circa 12,500m² of Gross Building Area, including demolition, deep excavation and shoring of a four-level basement, heritage retention and adaptive reuse, retail and commercial spaces, residential apartments, and an affordable housing component.
We are pleased to be partnering with Legacy Property, an experienced and high-quality developer with a clear vision for design-led, well-located and enduring projects.
