We are proud to announce the achievement of Practical Completion at Ruby House, Double Bay.
Created by Fortis and architecturally designed by Lawton Hurley, with interiors by Woods Bagot, Ruby House is a significant commercial new build project delivering approximately 11,067m² of commercial office space across five levels, more than 926m² of retail space, and over 3,308m² of basement levels.
The project reflects the diverse capabilities of Lords Group, combining complex commercial new build construction with the integrated delivery of high-quality common area fit-out, including lobbies, corridors, end-of-trip facilities, retail interfaces, basement works, services infrastructure and premium commercial floorplates.
From early involvement through to delivery, Lords Group worked closely with Fortis and the broader project team to provide construction, buildability, cost planning and programme advice, supporting a strong project outcome on a constrained corner site in the heart of Double Bay.
Ruby House stands as an important milestone for Lords Group and a strong example of our continued growth in the commercial new build sector.
