Created by Fortis, designed by award-winning architects MHNDU and with interior designs curated by Alexander & Co, this project consists of 12 highly bespoke apartments over a 1 level basement.

Collaborating very early in the planning phases, Lords Group led the pre-construction ECI process in partnership with Fortis and Neoscape, and collaborated with MHNDU, Alexander & Co, TTW, IGS, Concise Certification, and Dangar Barin Smith, to achieve the clients pre-construction objectives and design intent. With significant experience in the Eastern Suburbs, the Lords Group team methodically de-risked the in-ground design and works in the sand and water table ground conditions. Likewise the team have enhanced the construction design and durability, and extracted premium outcomes placing the project in a strong position for success.

The project scope includes the construction of 12 highly bespoke apartments over a 1 level basement, façade constructed with Krause hand made bricks and bespoke render, interiors featuring Florentine Walnut veneers, bronze metal finishes, oak timber flooring, range of natural stone benchtops, feature fire place walls, Sub Zero, Miele and Wolf appliances surrounded by private gardens and 2 rear plunge pools.
