Created by Fortis, in partnership with architects PBD Architects, interiors designed by Lawless & Meyerson, and landscaped by Wyer & Co., Lords Group have again been selected to partner with Fortis in the design and construction of this premium product. Colindia’s four levels comprise 6 half-floor residences crowned by a 7th full-floor penthouse. With expansive views over Sydney Harbour & CBD, the project scope includes custom features such as bespoke joinery finishes with natural stones, built-in fireplaces with natural stone mantles and joinery surrounds, natural hardwood timber flooring, curved and articulating façade elements, premium appliances and articulately landscaped gardens.
