The fourth project being delivered for Moshav Financial, the Lords Group Preconstruction & Estimating teams led the project under an exclusive ECI procurement model, offering high value insights and recommendations for building methodology and best practice to incorporate the bespoke finishes and unique features of this multi-dwelling project.

With views over iconic Sydney Harbour, the project scope includes the construction of 4 spectacular houses with highly bespoke and custom design features, including Rammed Earth Columns, Terracotta brise soleil, Forged steel spiral staircases and a copper-clad roof, complemented by interiors crafted by Handelsmann + Khaw.
