Created by Fortis and designed by Lawton Hurley, the project scope encompasses a new commercial office space spanning approx. 11,067m2 distributed across five levels, along with a retail area spanning over 926m2 and basement levels spanning over 3,308sqm. Architecturally designed by Lawton Hurley, with Interiors by Woods Bagot, this development boasts a range of outstanding features, including a food and beverage retail level, expansive private terraces, generous 1,000 sqm floor plates, and a state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities.

Lords Group in an Early Contractor Involvement capacity has been working with Fortis since project inception to provide construction and buildability advice, as well as cost planning and design advice.

The Lords Group Preconstruction team provided alternative design and methodology options, saving the client significant costs associated with access deeds to neighbouring properties, council anchor bond fees, and non-refundable council costs.

Construction on site has commenced, with completion anticipated 2nd quarter 2025.
