Our property development team are able to maintain the highest levels of control over safety, programme, cost and most importantly quality through our own internal construction division. In addition to the team constructing Lords Groups private developments, the team delivers projects for a select group of Sydney’s property investors, owners and developers.

The team is driven by the principles of strong client, consultant and contractor relationships, hard work and most importantly high quality construction. Utilising innovative building strategies, we are able to optimise building designs and deliver projects that meet the highest expectations.

The team adopt an open minded approach to building and realise the importance of effective communication. With this in mind, we develop partnerships with the design teams, spending time to understand the principles behind the building to enable the team to deliver the highest results. By being involved in each project as early as possible, the design teams are able to leverage from the experience we offer at the earliest opportunity in the project delivery cycle. This approach allows the project team to draw upon or design and construction expertise during the design and planning stage, at a point when we can add most value.
